Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and the charging station to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship to Mammotion

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
